Who she is

Naty Ross co-founded Hub365 AI, a bilingual AI marketing agency in Fort Lauderdale.

She has been in business for three decades, and she did not start with an idea. She started with a job. At fourteen she was hired to sell at a dive shop, and six months in she was running the whole operation. Her first business of her own, not long after, was a dive club.

That story explains how she works better than any title does. A club does not grow on brochures. It grows because one member brings another.

Without knowing that is what she was doing, at fourteen she had already built the mechanism that decides visibility in AI search today: getting recommended by somebody who is not you. That is where the line she repeats most often comes from, and the one that organizes everything she writes.

Since then she has built and run businesses across more than fourteen industries, among them refrigerated food distribution, restaurants, events, real estate, specialized construction and technology. She has invested in the US stock market since she was twenty.

She writes about what she has actually operated, in both languages with equal authority in each. Her rule for publishing is the same one she gives clients: if you cannot back a number up when somebody asks, it does not go in.

One tip from her, for today

Ten minutes, no tools, no budget

Write the list of five people who already recommend you by word of mouth and do not have your name published anywhere.

They exist. They have been sending you clients for years and you probably never formally thanked them.

That recommendation is not written down anywhere a machine can read it. It lives in conversations that evaporate.

You are not short on reputation. You are short on your reputation being written down on somebody else's page. And that does not get produced. It gets asked for.

The list is ordered by ease, not by prestige. The association you already belong to comes before the city magazine. Starting with the hard one is the best way never to start.

From At fourteen I built a dive club, which has the full system: the five families of lists and the three sentences of the ask.

What she works on

  • AI search visibility (GEO). Getting a service business into the answer an assistant gives, not just onto the results page.
  • Bilingual content strategy. Native in each language, never translated.
  • Lead capture and follow-up systems. CRM, funnels and automation for teams with no marketing department.
  • AI with a point to it. Which tool actually solves a business problem, and which one just adds a subscription.

Why you can take her word for it

  • In business since she was fourteen: three decades building and running her own companies.
  • More than fourteen industries built and operated.
  • PADI Advanced, with every specialty except Rescue. Diving is not just her origin story: it is still her sport.
  • Investing in the US stock market since she was twenty.
  • Twenty-eight years of continuous business education.
  • Fully bilingual, with the same technical authority in Spanish and English.
  • Co-founder of Hub365 AI, based in Fort Lauderdale, with clients across the US, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

What she has written

At fourteen I built a dive club. Without knowing it, I was already doing the thing your business is missing.

Lists are the format AI cites most. But in professional services, four out of five of those citations go to lists somebody else wrote.

You rent the tool. You own the asset. And almost nobody can tell which is which in their own business.

Where your client data actually lives, and what happens the day the tool stops answering.

What your website can't say in Florida

If you practice a regulated profession in Florida, the marketing playbook you were handed was written for a different kind of business.

A note on the byline

Everything Hub365 AI publishes carries both our names, in English and in Spanish. When a piece is told in one person's first person, a line under the title says who is telling it. That is why this page and Todd Ross's list the same work.
