Service Continuation & Completion Clause
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
1. Defined Scope of Work Hub365 shall deliver services and deliverables strictly in accordance with the mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the project is considered complete upon delivery of the agreed outputs.
2. Goodwill Overdelivery Clause Hub365 may, at its discretion, provide additional services beyond the defined scope as a courtesy. Such overdelivered items do not extend delivery timelines, guarantee revisions, or obligate Hub365 to ongoing support.
3. Post-Delivery Services and Revisions Upon completion, any further revisions, modifications, or enhancements must be requested in writing and will be governed under a new service agreement or scope amendment and billed separately.
4. Retainer or Support Agreement Clients with active retainer or support contracts are entitled to prioritized scheduling for minor updates, system maintenance, or automation tuning. Major new builds or redesigns are outside such agreements unless explicitly included.
5. Reactivation Policy If a project is inactive for more than 30 days post-delivery and the Client seeks further work, a reactivation proposal outlining fees and deliverables may be required before continuation.
