Payment methods include automatic charges; by providing payment details, you authorize such charges.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Hub365 LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing any of our programs, products, or services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you cancel your subscription or account plan, access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

5. Limited License & Intellectual Property

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased content for your business use only. All intellectual property remains our exclusive property. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. User Submissions & Media Release

By submitting content (posts, videos, images), you grant us a royalty-free license to use it in future materials. You also consent to your likeness being used in promotional materials.

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

- Misuse or infringe on our IP.

- Post harmful or offensive content.

- Share your login credentials.

Violations may result in legal action or account termination.

8. Privacy & Security

We collect necessary personal data and strive to protect it per Florida and federal laws. However, internet transmission is not 100% secure.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" for educational use. We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from use of our Services.
